One Pot Pasta

Ingredients

12 ounces linguine

12 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved

1 onion, sliced

4 cloves garlic, sliced

1/2 teaspoon red-pepper flakes

2 sprigs basil

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper

4 1/2 cups water

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

Add ingredients and water in a large skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil mixture, stirring and turning pasta occasionally with tongs, for about 9 minutes or until pasta is al dente and water has nearly evaporated.

Salt and pepper to taste, garnish with basil. Serve with olive oil and Parmesan. Enjoy!
